Life circumstances and events led me on a deeply healing journey on all aspects of my Being.
This I am grateful for as I am for the wisdom of my soul to be able to integrate the many perspectives of this journey of awakening.

My mentor  - www.channeledguidance.com -  first introduced me to “integral theory” and life practice which has been a tremendous map of discovery for me in the past few years and which i know will continue to more and more.

Trained as a advanced remedial massage therapist and continue to deepen my awarenesses on more holisitc types of bodywork although travelling and working at various spas leave only so much room for grounding in a framework which is truly holistic. But yet a yearning to travel abroad and experience the beauty of various physical locations calls me at this time of my journey and will patiently await the day until i feel like culitivating a deeper rooted integral healing  practice.
